We want you to love what you buy from Febland. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Changed your mind? (online and phone orders)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel an order for standard stock items for any reason up to 14 days after the day you receive it. Let us know in writing within that window by emailing sales@febland.co.uk (or call 01253 600 600 and follow up by email), then return the item to us within 14 days of telling us.
- Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging so they can be resold.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is faulty or not what you ordered. Small items can be sent back by courier; for larger furniture we can arrange collection with our own delivery team and will quote the collection charge before you commit.
- We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back (or of you providing proof of return), to the original payment method, including our standard delivery charge if one was paid.
Damaged or faulty items
Please check your order on delivery. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and your order number and we will repair, replace or refund it, including any delivery cost. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have 30 days from delivery to reject a faulty item for a full refund.
What can't be returned
- Bespoke and made-to-order furniture – see our Bespoke Furniture Returns & Cancellation Policy. These items are made specifically for you and cannot be cancelled once production has started, unless faulty.
- Items bought in person from our Blackpool showroom – the 14-day cancellation right applies to distance sales only. Your rights for faulty goods are unaffected.
Trade customers
Business-to-business orders are covered by our trade terms rather than this consumer policy.
