Free delivery to mainland UK on orders over £100
Febland offers free delivery throughout mainland UK on orders of £100 and above. Orders under £100 are charged at checkout.
Small items and single-box orders
Lamps, giftware, wall art, ornaments and other boxed items go out by next-day courier. Order before midday Monday to Friday and it is usually with you the next working day.
Furniture and larger orders
Because of the size, weight and fragility of our furniture, heavier and bulkier orders are delivered by our own transport team from our Blackpool HQ, so they arrive safe and sound. We will contact you to arrange a delivery date; please allow up to 3 weeks depending on where you are and our route schedule. If you need something sooner, call us on 01253 600 600 before you order and we will tell you what is possible.
Collect from our showroom
You are welcome to collect from Febland Group, Ashworth Road, Blackpool, FY4 4UN. Choose Pickup at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready – usually within 2–4 days.
Remote areas, Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland
Some postcodes carry an additional delivery charge because of their location. If yours does, we will contact you to confirm the cost before your order is dispatched, and you can cancel for a full refund if you would rather not proceed.
On the day
Please check your items on delivery and report any damage to us within 48 hours with a photo so we can put it right quickly. See our Returns Policy for full details.
