Shipping & Delivery

Free delivery to mainland UK on orders over £100. Orders under £100 are charged at checkout.

Small items and single-box orders

Sent by next-day courier. Order before midday Monday to Friday and it is usually with you the next working day.

Furniture and larger orders

Heavier and bulkier items are delivered by our own transport team from our Blackpool warehouse, so they arrive safe and sound. We will contact you to arrange a delivery date; please allow up to 3 weeks depending on your location and our route schedule. If you need something sooner, call us before ordering and we will tell you what is possible.

Collect from our showroom

You can collect in person from Febland Group, Ashworth Road, Blackpool, FY4 4UN. Choose “Pickup” at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready.

Remote areas, Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland

Some postcodes carry an additional delivery charge because of their location. If yours does, we will contact you to confirm the cost before your order is dispatched, and you can cancel for a full refund if you would rather not proceed.
